Booking Terms & Conditions.

Please take a few moments to read our terms and conditions carefully prior to booking your treatment. If you have any questions or queries, please get in touch.

Booking Policy.

  • All patients must be 18 years or older.

  • Photographic ID must be shown if it is your first appointment with us, to prove your age.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient for any reason.

  • We reserve the right to postpone treatment pending investigation.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy.

  • A £50.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure any appointment with Secret Enhancements, this is then deducted from the final cost of treatment on the day.

  • Your deposit will be taken via our booking system and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, by paying your deposit, you agree to these terms.

  • If you do not show up for your appointment, you will lose your deposit and a further £50.00 will need to be paid in order to secure another appointment.

  • You are able to rearrange your appointment using the same deposit if you give more than 3 days notice prior to the day of your appointment, if you cancel or rearrange in less than this time then a further £50.00 deposit will be needed to secure another appointment.

  • If you rearrange an appointment for the second time, a further £50.00 deposit will be needed to secure your next appointment.

  • Any rescheduling requests must be sent via email within working hours (9am-5pm). Anything received after this time will not be picked up until the next working day and will be processed then. This may mean you lose your deposit if your request was not received within normal working hours.

  • Your appointment is only secure once you have paid your deposit, we do not hold or reserve appointments for anyone.

Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Treatment costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Due to the nature of the products we sell (skincare, supplements & other personal care items) we are unable to refund or accept returns for any of the products sold as once they are open and used they cannot be resold. If you suffer any form of reaction, official protocol will be followed through the manufacturer.

Child Supervision Policy.

  • Unfortunately due to the nature of our treatments we are not insured to have children on the premises. If you arrive with children you will be asked to leave and therefore forfeit your deposit. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience.
